Overview:
We are a local (Brevard County) owned and operated Commercial Cleaning Business looking for experienced cleaners. We pay very competitively! We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented part-time employees to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Pay rates are based on experience and can increase as you grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- The ability to pass a background check.
