Job Title: Part time laundry attendant

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN WORK EVENINGS FROM 3-8 TUESDAY-FRIDAY
Our growing Property Management company is hiring for a Laundry Specialist. The duties include but are not limited to:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be okay with working evenings
- Must be okay with working independently
- Restocking supplies
- Locking up the facility at night
- Getting items ready for the next day for cleaners
- Have to be able to stand for hours
- Have to be able to lift 50lbs or less
- Have to be technologically skilled
Requirements:
-Previous experience in cleaning, laundry, property management or hospitality preferred, but not required
- Must be able to work independently at our Boutique Hotel doing laundry as needed.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good physical stamina
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of assigned duties
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
