About the Role
This isn't just a dispatch position. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys solving problems. You'll play a key role in ensuring our chauffeurs, vehicles, and clients receive exceptional service every day.
Growth Opportunity: For the right person, there is a clear path to leadership, with opportunities to become a Lead Dispatcher and eventually move into Training and Operations Management as the company continues to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Manage weekend dispatch operations and ensure on-time, accurate chauffeur scheduling
- Check in/out chauffeurs, assign vehicles, and verify readiness for trips
- Track flights, vehicle movements, and route timing throughout the day
- Handle last-minute call-outs, changes, and customer communication
- Collaborate with chauffeurs, operations, mechanics, and detailers to keep things moving
- Log all trip changes, incidents, and activity in dispatch software
- Move vehicles within the yard or between bays as needed
- Support the team on-site — this is an active, involved role
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of dispatch, logistics, or transportation experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of the Philadelphia region, including: New Castle County, DE, Delaware County, PA, Chester County, PA, Bucks County, PA, Montgomery County, PA, South NJ, and the City of Philadelphia
- Calm under pressure, highly organized, and proactive problem-solver
- Comfortable using dispatch software, GPS apps, and Google Workspace
- Able to work both at a desk and hands-on in the yard
Minimum Requirements
✔ 25+ years old (insurance requirement)
✔ Valid Driver’s License
✔ Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years, including DUI)
✔ Clean Criminal Background Check
✔ Must pass Drug Screening
✔ Able and willing to safely move company vehicles as needed
