As a Regional Support Manager with The Learning Loft, you'll partner with leadership teams across our network of NAEYC-accredited, Keystone STAR 4 centers, helping centers navigate transitions, strengthen operations, and support teams when they need experienced leadership the most.
Rather than being tied to one location, you'll become a trusted leadership resource across the organization—building relationships with multiple teams, mentoring directors, partnering to solve operational challenges, and ensuring every center continues providing the exceptional experience our children, families, and staff deserve.
If you're an experienced childcare leader who enjoys variety, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact, this role was built for you!
