What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and help to confirm that only authorized individuals enter restricted areas, following visitor procedures and supporting a professional environment.

Assist with incident reporting, communication with employees and/or first responders, and other assigned duties that support daily operations at the location.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
