Founded in 2012, Beyond Measure Fitness is an award-winning semi-private personal training studio serving the Naperville community.

We specialize in helping adults over 40 improve their strength, confidence, energy, mobility, and overall quality of life through expert coaching and meaningful relationships.

Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary: $52,000 annually
Quarterly Performance Bonuses: Up to $5,000 annually
Total First-Year Earning Potential: Up to $57,000
Exceptional candidates with extensive experience, a proven track record of coaching excellence, or significant leadership experience may be considered for higher starting compensation.

About the Position
As a Semi-Private Personal Trainer, you'll coach small groups of 3-6 members while providing individualized coaching to every person in the room. It's the perfect balance between one-on-one personal training and large group fitness.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading safe, energetic, and individualized training sessions
- Modifying and progressing exercises based on each member's needs
- Building meaningful relationships with members
- Conducting accountability and follow-up conversations
- Helping maintain a clean and welcoming studio
- Participating in team meetings, continuing education, and studio projects

Qualifications
- Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, etc.)
- CPR/AED Certified
- At least one year of personal training or coaching experience preferred
- Experience coaching adults over 40 is a plus
- Reliable transportation
A Typical Week
Unlike many gyms, we don't expect our coaches to spend 40 hours every week on the training floor.
A typical full-time schedule includes:
25–30 hours coaching
Leading semi-private personal training sessions while providing individualized coaching, exercise modifications, accountability, and exceptional member experiences.
10–15 hours supporting the member experience
Including:
- Administrative responsibilities
- Member follow-up and accountability
- Cleaning and studio organization
- Team meetings and continuing education
- Programming collaboration
- Conduct intro sessions
- Community events and studio projects
Currently Hiring for Morning Shift:
NO split shifts required here!
Monday:4:30AM-1:00PM
Tuesday: 4:30AM-1:00PM
Wednesday:4:30AM-11:30AM
Thursday: 4:30AM-11:30AM
Friday: 4:30AM-11:30AM
*All coaches are required to work 1 Saturday per month from 6:30AM-11:30AM
