About the Roles
We are currently hiring two Dental Assistants:
1. Lead Dental Assistant An experienced professional ready to take on a leadership role, support team development, and help drive clinical and operational excellence.
2. Dental Assistant An enthusiastic, motivated assistant eager to learn, grow, and build their skills in a supportive and dynamic practice.
Both roles require individuals who are patient-focused, service-minded, and confident in taking ownership of their responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Patient Care
- Deliver exceptional, service-oriented care to every patient
- Communicate with empathy while educating patients on treatment and oral health
- Support the doctor in treatment planning and case presentation
- Accurately document existing conditions and recommended treatment
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
Practice Operations & Leadership (Lead Role Emphasis)
- Manage patient flow to optimize scheduling and minimize wait times
- Collaborate with the front office on scheduling and treatment coordination
- Track lab cases and ensure timely follow-up
- Oversee inventory and ordering to maintain adequate supplies
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant with CA X-ray certification (minimum 1 year of experience preferred)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
- Experience with iTeero Scanner, CBCT, and Laser is a plus
- Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus (training available for the right candidate)
Schedule
- Tuesday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Subject to availability and practice needs - Will start with 3 days and increase as practice's needs increases!
Compensation & Benefits
- $24 - $34 per hour (based on experience and role)
- PTO: 1 week after 1 year
