Full time (Evening shift, 2:00pm – 10:30pm, with rotating weekends and holidays)
Performs a variety of general maintenance duties to hospital buildings, equipment, furnishings, fixtures, and grounds, including routine standard servicing and repair operations. Performs general construction duties as needed for repair or rehabilitation of all hospital owned properties. Previous experience in general maintenance and carpentry work, minor plumbing and electricity helpful.
Expected pay for this position is $19.27 – $23.14 per hour. Actual rate will be determined by multiple factors, including experience, skills, and internal equity. This is an hourly non-exempt position.
Qualifications/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with driving record in good standing
- Working knowledge of mechanics and Building Trades preferred
Physical/Mental Requirements:
Must be able to lift 75 lbs. or more repetitively. May be exposed to prolonged standing, walking, squatting, bending. Exposure to cold and warm weather conditions. Exposure to chemicals used in cleaning agents.
