Glamore Skin Wellness & Med Spa in Fort Myers is hiring a confident and motivated Medical Aesthetic RN to join our growing luxury clinic.
This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys working with advanced aesthetic technology, consulting clients, and recommending customized treatment plans.
We specialize in advanced non-invasive face and body treatments including:
Morpheus8
HIFU skin tightening
RF body contouring
Cryolipolysis
EMS sculpting
HydraFacial
Responsibilities:
* Perform advanced face and body aesthetic treatments
* Conduct client consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans
* Educate clients on treatment options and expected outcomes
* Support treatment package sales and long-term client planning
* Maintain excellent client experience and retention
Compensation:
$25/hour base pay
- commission on package sales
- high performance bonuses
- 1099 position
Our providers typically recommend treatment plans between $3,000–$6,000, creating strong bonus opportunities.
High performers in this role have the potential to earn $8,000–$15,000+ per month depending on performance.
This position is ideal for providers who enjoy both performing treatments and participating in the consultation and sales process.
Qualifications:
* Active Florida RN license
* Experience in aesthetics preferred (training provided)
* Confidence speaking with clients and recommending treatment plans

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin treatment), laser treatments, and other non-invasive skin rejuvenation techniques.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, skin analysis, and treatment planning to ensure safe and effective outcomes.
- Educate clients on treatment options, post-procedure care, and skincare routines to maximize results and satisfaction.
- Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during all procedures to ensure patient safety.
- Manage patient documentation accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems, including medical records, consent forms, and treatment notes.
- Stay current with industry advancements in esthetic laser treatment, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic innovations to provide the latest therapies.
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Experience
- Valid RN license with current state licensure required; previous experience in medical aesthetics or dermatology preferred.
- Proficiency in performing esthetic laser treatments, dermal fillers, Botox injections, and other minimally invasive procedures.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to aesthetic medicine.
- Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner is highly desirable.
- Background in medical office settings with familiarity in patient assessment, medical documentation, and aseptic technique.
- Prior experience in dermatology, plastic surgery clinics, or med spas is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and aftercare instructions. Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
