Our team partners with leading telecommunications providers, and we are currently hiring a Junior Representative to support our AT&T campaign in the Portland area. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers, helping them understand available AT&T wireless and internet services and guiding them toward options that best fit their needs.
As an entry level team member, you will act as a point of contact for customers, providing clear information, answering questions, and assisting with account setup. This is a full-time, in-person position where you’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer interaction, and account support.
Our goal is to develop each Junior Representative through real experience and consistent support. This role is designed to help you build strong communication skills, learn the sales process, and grow into more advanced opportunities over time.
Junior Representative Representative Responsibilities:
- Train directly with our management and sales team to gain extensive knowledge on products, services, promotional offerings, upgrades and more to be able to deliver to customers
- Build rapport with customers to create a sense of trust and solid fundamental customer relationships to access their current telecommunications and tech situation
- Handle customer information with care and confidentiality while creating accounts and preparing sales contracts
- Collaborate with Management to learn to train new team members to exceed sales and acquisition targets
- Participate in daily meetings that focus on enhancing skills in sales, customer service, and leadership
- Contribute fresh ideas to foster teamwork and achieve company goals
Junior Representative Representative Qualifications:
- Prior leadership or management experience is a plus but not required
- Experience in a customer service, sales, or related field previously
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including customers, clients, and team members
- A desire to grow, take on challenges, and step into leadership roles in the future
Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
