Schedule: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)
Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
No Weekends | No On-Call | No Night Shifts
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing ABA clinic in Odessa, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a pediatric population in a collaborative and supportive environment while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid schedule.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with developmental disabilities.
Perform intake assessments and ongoing patient evaluations.
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using ABA principles.
Provide direct behavioral therapy services as needed.
Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
Supervise, mentor, and train Behavior Technicians and other clinical staff.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards within behavioral health and ABA practice.
Stay current with advancements in ABA and behavioral health services.
Patient Population:
Pediatric patients (Ages 2-10)
Approximately 15 patients per day
Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Active Texas BCBA licensure required.
Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred.
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies, behavioral assessments, and treatment planning.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
