Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to ensure a spotless environment.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively to maintain hygiene standards in all areas of the home.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and efficiently to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to keep surfaces pristine.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or large cleaning supplies while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with janitorial or custodial background preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Physical stamina for outdoor work experience, heavy lifting, manual handling, and extended periods of standing or walking.
- Effective client communication skills to understand preferences and ensure satisfaction.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents and disinfectants along with proper application methods.
