OneSparQ is looking for a Service Technician to cover the state of Arkansas.
Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and troubleshoot commercial low voltage systems.
- Work on fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and security systems in large commercial facilities.
- Perform service calls and assist with system upgrades and maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues efficiently in the field.
- Travel locally to customer sites, generally within an hour of the Little Rock office.
- Participate in an on-call rotation with the existing technician team.
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of commercial low voltage experience
- Experience installing and servicing fire alarm, security, access control, and CCTV systems
- Strong troubleshooting abilities in commercial environments
- Obtains AR Fire Alarm License (or willing to obtain)
