Job Purpose:
Under the supervision of the Manager and Site Supervisor the Car Wash Specialist is the key to our customer’s satisfaction. Attendants are responsible for Selling the correct car wash memberships to our customers. Attendant is always required to smile and be able to educate our customers on the membership plans and our car wash experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Informing and selling our Unlimited (ARM) Monthly Car Wash Plans
· Explaining our Car Wash Experience, Fast, Friendly and Clean
· Identifying vehicles with damage or access issue to carwash
· Operating a POS (Point of Sales) terminal
· Handling cash and credit cards accurately including filling out daily cash logs
· Keeping office area and entrance area clean always
· Opening carwash and following all procedures as outlined
· Closing Carwash and following all procedures as outlined
· Keeping towels cleaned and available to all customers
· Properly greeting our customers using the Quiky Speech
· Handling carwash damage claim and filling out claim forms correctly
· Prepping cars prior to entering car wash tunnel
· Emptying trash cans in parking lot
· Cleaning tunnel walls and floors
Knowledge and Skills required:
§ High Energy and lovers the outdoors
§ Great positive attitude to ensure customers have a pleasant experience
§ Self-motivated and does not stand around but looks for things to do
Technical Skills:
§ Will be required to lift up to 30 pounds at times
§ Will be standing, squatting and twisting body often during shift
§ Operating our POS (Point of sale Computer Terminal)
§ Detail oriented when filling out forms
Qualification and Requirements:
Only excepting clients with previous long-term employment
§ High School Diploma.
§ Customer Service Experience a Plus

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
