Associate Immigration Attorney (New York Bar Required)

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Associate Immigration Attorney with experience handling a broad range of immigration matters, including family-based immigration, removal defense, asylum, humanitarian relief, waivers, adjustment of status, naturalization, and business immigration. The ideal candidate has strong legal research, legal writing, courtroom advocacy, case management, and client communication skills, with a passion for representing individuals and families throughout the immigration process.
Requirements: Active New York State Bar license (required); New Jersey and/or Connecticut Bar admission is a plus; fluency in Spanish and English; exceptional client advocacy and organizational skills.
