We are seeking a full-time handyman/ laborer to be part of Lord Velazquez Builder and Plumbing Inc. who is reliable and responsible.
Candidate must have construction skills and experience in building and maintenance and in addition willingness to learn other trades. Must be able to work alone and without supervision.
Such as not limited to:
General carpentry & repair: fix doors, windows, cabinetry and perform woodwork.
Basic plumbing & Electrical: Fix leaky faucets, replace toilets, snake a kitchen/ bathroom sink, swap out light fixtures and troubleshoot minor issues.
Drywall & Paint: Patch holes, repair drywall and perform interior/exterior touch-up painting.
Experience in construction trades as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, welding and HVAC is highly desired.

Position Requirements:
Must posses a valid California driver license. Must be able to provide a clean DMV driving record,upon request. Reliable transportation.
Candidate must have the basic hand tools ( hammer, screw driver, channel locks pliers etc ) large equipment will be provided.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders and perform physical labor indoor and outdoors in varying weather.
Although this position works Monday-Friday qualified individuals MUST be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Must be professional, friendly and a team player.
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
