Looking for someone who is a self starter and a good communicator, is productive working alone and with a team. Looking for someone with experience with general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, drywall, and general home repairs. Role and pay would be based on experience, work will vary from day to day. Multiple talents are a plus as well. Very wide work roles depending on the season. - Tools to perform specialty jobs are provided.
- Daily operations include: service orders, repaints, apartment turnovers, basic plumbing/electrical, heating and air issues.
- Interior/Exterior renovations
- Light landscaping periodically
- Snow removal - plowing/shoveling periodically
- Handyman services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 45.0 per week
