What You’ll Do
- Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment
- Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient treatment plans
- Monitor patient status and utilize the nursing process effectively
- Educate patients and families regarding treatments and post-discharge care
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
What You Need
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in Louisiana
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
