Key Responsibilities

Serve meals to residents according to custom portion sizes and dietary restrictions.

Prepare dining by setting up trays, utensils, and food carts.

Review resident menu cards to ensure correct food placement on trays.

Maintain clean kitchen zones by washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and clearing trash.

Store food supplies properly by complying with state health and safety regulations.

Collaborate closely with the clinical dietary team to accommodate residents' changing needs.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Experience: Food service or senior care experience is a plus, but we provide full training.

Physical Strength: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [e.g., 30–50 lbs].
