Focus Workforce Management is actively interviewing candidates for Mold Setter - 3rd Shift at Molten North America, an auto parts manufacturer in FINDLAY, OH.
Overview:
- $19.43/hour starting
- Schedule is 11pm - 7:20am, Sunday - Thursday

Duties/Responsibilities Include:
- Load and position tools into presses and perform changeovers
- Store and clean molds properly
- Inspect molds for defects
- Based on schedule, set-up all job orders and perform mold changes
- Set-up secondary equipment such as heat controllers, thermolaters and chillers.
- Perform preventive maintenance on molds before removing and place molds in correct locations.
- Responsible for maintenance and cleaning of machines, as needed
- Maintain any necessary documentation
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements Include:
- Previous experience with injection molds preferred
- Experience with mechanical operations required
- Ability to work as scheduled
NOTE: This position MAY train on 1st shift (7am - 3:20pm, Monday - Friday) depending on skill set, before moving to 3rd shift once fully trained.
Increased Pay when hired on!
- Once hired on by Molten North America, there will be performance reviews with the potential to receive raises every 3 months, until top pay is reached, in addition to the initial hire on raise.
