We're looking for the friendly face and voice of our dance studio.
For many of our students, Arthur Murray is the highlight of their week—a place where they laugh, grow, build confidence, and become part of an incredible community. As our Administrative Assistant, you'll help create that experience from the moment someone calls or walks through our doors.
What You'll Do
- Welcome students and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Answer inquiry calls and text messages
- Track new student inquiries and follow up as needed
- Schedule lessons and manage studio calendars
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
- Assist instructors with student scheduling and case management to keep the studio running smoothly
- Help ensure every student has an exceptional experience
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoys working with people
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- A self-starter who works independently and gets things done efficiently
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
- Confident using computers and learning new software
- An excellent communicator both in person and over the phone
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Customer service or hospitality experience
- Administrative or office experience
- Experience with scheduling, CRM software, or customer databases
Schedule
We are open Tuesday through Saturday. Flexible scheduling is available for the right candidate, and there is potential for a hybrid in-studio/work-from-home schedule after training and demonstrated success in the role.
