What You'll Do
As an Assembler, you'll work as part of our production team to:
- Assemble pump components and equipment using hand and power tools
- Follow work instructions, production orders, drawings, and specifications
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality
- Use measuring devices and assembly equipment
- Move and stage materials needed for production
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
- Assist with packaging and material handling as needed
- Operate forklifts, hoists, cranes, or other equipment when trained and authorized
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing, assembly, production, or mechanical experience is a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Blueprint or measuring-tool experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
This is an active manufacturing position. Employees must be able to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and use their hands throughout the workday; and lift, push, pull, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
