Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate transportation activities efficiently and ensure seamless operations. Duties
- Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries using transportation management systems such as TowBook.
- Utilize GPS to monitor vehicle locations, optimize routes, and improve transportation efficiency.
- Communicate with drivers and clients via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear and professional phone etiquette.
- Enter data accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience with dispatching is preferred but not required. We will provide training for the roll.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry and typing accuracy.
