What You’ll Do
- Perform vitals, specimen collection, vision/hearing screenings, and point-of-
care testing.
- Support occupational health services (drug screens, breath alcohol testing,
physical exam prep, documentation).
- Front desk: check-in/check-out, scheduling, phones, document management
, including scanning and uploading into the EMR.
- Keep EMR documentation accurate, detailed, and compliant.
- Assist the provider during exams and procedures.
- Prepare and restock exam rooms and help keep the clinic clean and safe.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, employers, and
coworkers.
- Help teammates wherever needed to keep clinic flow smooth and on time.
- Participate in a shared-on call rotation to support after-hours clinical needs
for our clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent) preferred but not
required.
- Occupational medicine experience is a plus, not required.
- Front desk or medical office experience preferred.
- True team players that help others without being asked and accepts feedback well.
- Quick learner who can follow protocols, multitask, and stay organized under
pressure.
- Strong, professional communication in person and on the phone.
- Reliable and responsible: shows up on time, ready to work, every day.
- Willingness to participate in an on call rotation as part of our 24/7 service model
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
