Westsiders Bar & Restaurant is seeking a driven General Manager to lead the operations of an award winning Restaurant. We won Best New Restaurant 2025, Best Cocktail Program, Best Happy Hour, Best Westside Restaurant, Top 50 Cleveland Restaurants 2026. We are an expanding Hospitality Group with four unique concepts.
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food production, kitchen management, and inventory control.
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming and hospitable environment.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and meet business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate operations and achieve overall organizational goals.
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a General Manager within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts.
- Solid understanding of inventory control, cost management, and financial analysis.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
