Hello!
We are seeking a Cleaner / Manager to join our small team!
The primary job is giving customers consistent, affordable, and quality cleaning while training new employees to do the same
Therefore, this role requires a proactive approach to cleaning, ensuring that all areas are reliably well-maintained and meet health and safety standards
The cleaning takes place in both residential and commercial environments
Hours range between 25 and 35 per week at base pay of $20 and hour, plus tips!
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Carry out custodial duties in facilities maintenance to keep areas clean and organized.
- Maintain equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Inspect and train team members
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
