Responsibilities
- Provide professional esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash tinting, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend tailored skincare routines and products to meet individual client needs.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to infection control protocols and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Manage medical records accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and aftercare instructions to promote long-term results.
- Support sales efforts by recommending appropriate retail products that complement treatments and meet client needs.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority.
- Proven experience in providing esthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash tinting, dermabrasion, and laser therapy.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and infection control standards within a spa or clinic setting.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for managing medical records efficiently and securely.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients.
