About FAC-CMN
FAC-CMN provides speech, occupational, physical, and behavioral therapy services to infants through teens, both in person and via telehealth, with potential opportunities to collaborate with schools across Minnesota. Our multidisciplinary model allows therapists to grow, collaborate, and use their individual strengths every day.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric clients
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support child and family goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Engage families and caregivers in the therapy process
- Deliver services in clinic and via telehealth as appropriate
Qualifications
- Graduate from accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Minnesota OT Board license required
- NBCOT certification required
- Pediatric experience preferred
