Blue Trail Engineering (www.bluetrailengineering.com) is a rapidly-growing startup serving the Marine Robotics industry. We make waterproof electrical connectors, cables, and motors and sell them all over the world.

What you will do:
- Manage a team of around 10 technicians
- Prioritize and assign tasks
- Improve production tooling and procedures
- Improve quality control procedures
What you need to have:

- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Familiarity with soldering and mechanical assembly
- Self-directed decision-making and troubleshooting skills
