Integrity Finishing is a professional painting trade company. We work with home builders in residential new construction and focus on quality, communication, and performance.
Duties
- Finish projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain painting tools and equipment provided by the company.
- Keep the job site clean and organized every day. Set up in the morning and clean up at the end of the day.
- Sand, caulk, spackle, prime, and mask surfaces before painting.
- Paint using spray, brush, and roller methods with good technique and attention to detail.
- Help co-workers by refilling pumps, moving ladders safely, and teaching new team members.
- Follow company protocols and processes carefully while always looking for the most efficient way to work.
- Communicate with project managers every day about job progress, any problems, and overall status.
- Set clear goals for each day and report back on your progress.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience (new construction painting preferred)
- Bilingual - Spanish/English
- Reliable transportation and Driver's License
- Smart phone with data plan
