JOB SUMMARY:
This role is part of the Administration team's essential business functions. This role will work with internal staff and external vendors on Data, Facilities, and IT-related issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data:
- Work closely with the Systems Administrator and the Research and Evaluation Manager to coordinate all data requests relating to the CONNECT system, including, but not limited to, resetting CONNECT passwords and merging files in CONNECT.
- Support the Systems Administrator and the Research and Evaluation Manager with ongoing clinic data collection and reporting processes.
- Support the managing the CIRCE licenses.
- Support the resolving all CIRCE-related issues.
- Support the management of data, including quality control, database cleaning data and ensuring record integrity.
- Attend all internal data collection or data-related meetings.
- Pull data from different databases, including EPIC, GetCare, Circe, Avatar,Redcap, and CONNECT for reporting to program teams.
- Support in the conducting of data QA/QI, development, ensuring robust data cleaning protocols, and perform data validation.
Facilities/Safety:
- Work closely with the janitorial vendor to ensure all facilities are safe and clean per the contract requirements.
- Support the ordering of office furniture, equipment, and other workspace supplies through an internal electronic ticketing system, ensuring cost and waste are limited.
- Coordinate with vendors for building repairs and maintenance.
- Schedule maintenance checks on all building systems.
- Act as project lead for occasional capital building projects such as remodels or renovations, and relocating workspaces.
- Work closely with the Safety Committee to identify safety issues at all Curry sites.
- Lead the safety committee and ensure all safety requirements are met.
- Support Human Resources with ergonomic assessments and order ergonomic equipment.
- Complete and post OSHA 301A Log, as per OSHA regulations.
- Assist Human Resources with Workers’ Compensation investigations.
- Ensure all pest-related issues reported throughout the buildings have been addressed and resolved.
- Support the management of all licensing requests and requirements.
- Manage and oversee all alarm, camera, and facility entrance issues.
IT:
- Work closely with the Systems Administrator and IT Support Technician II to ensure all technology issues have been reported and resolved.
- Support the Systems Administrator in coordinating and overseeing system security.
- Support the coordinating and overseeing all IT matters.
- Coordinate with staff responsible for purchasing to order all IT-related equipment, set up the equipment with all Curry systems, and track all equipment in UKG.
- Request and create new employee logins and passwords for all Curry systems.
- Partner with Human Resources for all IT/Compliance-related training (i.e. new mandatory training / updated training content).
- Onboard new users with equipment, and software resources, including but not limited to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Kaseya VSAX.
Other:
- Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- AA degree in Facilities Management, IT Management, desired.
- Experience and background in healthcare data, facilities, safety, or IT.
- Proof of negative or inactive TB is required. Curry Senior Center will provide or reimburse for the cost of a TB test after both parties have accepted an offer of employment. Proof of a negative TB test within 90 days will also be accepted.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work will be performed sitting at a desk/chair or standing while speaking and interacting with clients. The position will require average finger dexterity to operate normal office equipment and systems.
