Responsibilities
- Deliver compelling religious education lessons aligned with curriculum standards and spiritual principles weekly to various classrooms
- Assist in organizing and executing Children's Chapel and special programming events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies that engage diverse learners
Requirements
- Proven experience in teaching religious studies or related fields with a focus on Christian education
- Strong communication skills to effectively connect with children from varied backgrounds
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in educational or community settings
- Ability to plan and execute faith-based events that inspire participation and community involvement
- Experience working with children or youth in educational or social work environments
- Commitment to mentoring students while upholding the values of compassion, integrity, and respect
