QM Resorts is seeking an experienced, hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations at our Incline Village resort. This full-time leadership position offers a consistent schedule, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a well-established hospitality company.
Applicants must currently reside within commuting distance of Incline Village and be able to commute safely in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
- Prepare daily room assignments and weekly staff schedules.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Maintain overall accountability for room quality, readiness, and housekeeping performance.
- Train housekeeping staff on company standards, cleaning procedures, safety practices, and guest service expectations.
- Coordinate daily room readiness with the Front Desk and Maintenance departments.
- Assign deep-cleaning projects and special tasks based on occupancy and operational priorities.
- Manage housekeeping inventories, conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts, and place supply orders.
- Drive team members between nearby company properties using a company vehicle when operationally required.
- Assist with housekeeping duties when needed and lead by example.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience in Housekeeping within a hotel, resort, vacation ownership, or similar hospitality environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to qualify to drive company vehicles and successfully pass a Vehicle Driving Record review.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and email.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Preferred
- Experience supervising housekeeping operations in a resort or vacation ownership property.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Reporting Relationship
This position reports directly to the Resort Manager and plays a critical leadership role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining outstanding housekeeping standards across the property.
Schedule
- Full-time
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts
- Regular days off: Wednesday & Thursday
- Weekends and holidays required
