Responsibilites:
- Meet with current and prospective customers in person to answer questions and provide account support
- Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with account updates, transfers, claims, and general inquiries
- Learn our business through hands-on, paid training and ongoing mentorship
- Represent our clients with professionalism and integrity

- Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
