Solar Me Plus is looking for experienced, hungry, competitive Door Knockers / Canvassers who know how to work a neighborhood, start conversations, overcome objections, and SET APPOINTMENTS.
This is NOT an entry-level position.
If you already have experience in door-to-door sales, solar canvassing, or appointment setting and you’re looking for an opportunity where your effort directly impacts your paycheck, we want to talk to you.
We’re looking for producers — not passengers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Hit residential neighborhoods and knock doors consistently
- Start conversations and build rapport with homeowners
- Generate interest and set high-quality appointments for our solar sales team
- Follow proven scripts and canvassing processes
- Track your leads, appointments, and daily activity
- Represent Solar Me Plus professionally in the field
- Show up ready to compete, produce, and get paid
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Previous door-to-door sales or canvassing experience REQUIRED
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable approaching homeowners and controlling a conversation
- Ability to handle objections and rejection without losing momentum
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mentality
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and capable of working independently in the field
- A strong work ethic and the discipline to consistently knock doors

COMPENSATIONBASE HOURLY PAY + INSTALL COMMISSION
Your compensation will be determined by your experience, proven ability, and what you bring to the table.
We’re looking for experienced producers, and we’re willing to compensate accordingly.
In addition to base hourly pay, you’ll have the opportunity to earn commission on installed deals generated from your appointments.
