As a Receptionist, you'll often be the first person residents, families, visitors, and vendors meet when they arrive. Your warm welcome, professionalism, and attention to detail help create a positive experience while supporting the daily operations of our community.
Your Mission
First impressions matter. As a Receptionist, you'll help create a welcoming and organized environment where residents, families, and visitors feel valued from the moment they walk through our doors or call our community.
Whether you're greeting visitors, answering phones, assisting residents and families, or supporting our administrative team, you'll play an important role in keeping our community connected and running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Welcome residents, families, visitors, vendors, and community partners while providing exceptional customer service.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and assist with general inquiries.
- Provide clerical and administrative support, including mail distribution, filing, and maintaining daily census information.
- Assist residents and families by directing questions and requests to the appropriate department.
- Maintain an organized reception area while supporting daily office operations and following emergency procedures.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, telephone, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A friendly, dependable, and service-oriented attitude with a passion for working with older adults.
