Key Responsibilities:
- Structure and rehash deals to maximize approvals and profitability.
- Manage the entire deal process from approval to funding, including CIT.
- Close customers on both vehicle sales and F&I products.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and dealership policies.
- Utilize tools such as Frazer and Dealer Center for deal management and customer data.
- Work closely with sales staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an F&I office, preferably within an independent dealership setting.
- Proven ability to structure and rehash deals for optimal approval outcomes.
- Strong closing skills with both vehicle and aftermarket product sales.
- Ability to manage Contracts in Transit (CIT) effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
