About the Role
The Collective Insurance Agency is growing our Dallas team. We're looking for licensed life insurance agents who are ready for real support: leads, daily coaching, and a sales floor that actually backs you up.
What You'll Do
Work warm and working leads provided by the agency, calling, quoting, and closing over the phone. Present life insurance solutions tailored to each client's needs. Manage your own pipeline in our CRM. Join daily coaching and our live Zoom sales floor.
What We're Looking For
Currently licensed to sell life insurance (required). Strong phone communicator, self-starter. Comfortable in a commission-based environment. Coachable and competitive, with a track record you can speak to.
