Lyric Kitchen Bar Host
Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival

Manage/Take reservations and waitlists using Open table

Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

Communicate estimated wait times to guests in a friendly and accurate manner

Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth table turnover

Answer incoming phone calls and provide information about the restaurant (hours, menu, directions, etc.)

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entrance area

Monitor guest satisfaction and assist in resolving any issues when appropriate

Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return

Place to go orders and room service orders
Minimum Qualifications: Previous customer service experience preferred but not required, Excellent communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and team spirit, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Minimum Qualifications: Must be available for evening shifts
Shift Hours: Afternoon/evening shifts, weekends included
