Job Summary:
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all team members deliver outstanding customer service while achieving business objectives. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate staff, manage inventory, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Operational Management: Direct day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop employees to foster a high-performance team that excels in customer service.

Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly, creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.

Sales and Growth: Analyze sales performance, implement promotional strategies, and work towards meeting or exceeding store targets.

Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and manage ordering processes to minimize stock-outs.

Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, control costs, and prepare reports on sales activities and operational metrics.

Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.
Requirements

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is a plus.

At least 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in convenience or grocery stores.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:-
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on occasion.

Able to operate store equipment safely, including registers and safety devices.
