Skin Medical Spa is looking for a creative, driven, and results-oriented Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead and grow our digital presence.
We are building a premium aesthetics brand with ambitious growth goals and are seeking someone who is passionate about marketing, understands social media trends, and can create high-performing campaigns that elevate our brand and connect with our audience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our team to capture and create content showcasing treatments, results, and client experiences
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Create engaging photo and video content for:
- Reels
- Stories
- Advertisements
- Before-and-after features
- Manage paid social media campaigns and promotional launches
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
- Identify emerging trends and growth opportunities within the aesthetics and wellness industry
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and event planning
Qualifications
- Experience growing social media accounts organically
- Strong understanding of content strategy, paid advertising, and performance analytics
- Experience creating and editing photo and video content
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Event planning experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Passion for aesthetics, skincare, beauty, and wellness
- Self-motivated, creative, and highly organized
Bonus Skills
- Photography and videography experience
- Brand-building experience
- Knowledge of current social media and digital marketing trends
Additional Information
This is a hybrid remote position; however, candidates must be able to work on-site at the spa regularly to collaborate with the team and capture content.
Hours may vary depending on experience, skill set, and project needs.
