`Duties:```
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Train and develop staff members to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor food production and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
```Qualifications:```
- 3 years previous experience in restaurant management.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food production, bartending, customer service, and cash handling.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in computer systems used for restaurant management (e.g., POS systems).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
