- Light electrical work
- Light plumbing
- Drywall repair & patching
- Interior & exterior painting
- Staining & finish work
- Hardware installation (doors, cabinets, fixtures, etc.)
- Smart home features (thermostats, doorbells, basic tech installs)
- General residential repairs & punch-list work

Requirements
- Previous handyman or residential construction experience
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Pride in quality workmanship
