Full-time, Temporary Financial Analyst Opportunity!
- Location: 2040 Camfield, CA. 90040 (Not Remote)
- Schedule: M-F between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (flexible start and or end time)
- Term: Temporary, 4 months
- Pay range: $35.00HR to $46.50HR BOE
Minimum Requirements!
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related area, or equivalent experience instead of a degree.
- 2-5 years’ experience in financial analysis and database reporting with increasing responsibilities.
- Advanced skills with MS Excel- Pivot tables, data formatting, and Vlookup is required
- Experience in healthcare and the managed Care industry is highly preferred.
The position’s main responsibility is to assist Health Services to develop the forecast and budget during the planning season. This position will work with budget planners closely to ensure that the budget information is accurate in the planning system. In addition, this role will compile financial analysis and other reporting on a recurring and/or as-needed basis relevant to healthcare, utilization, and financial management for AltaMed. Additional responsibilities include gathering data, its subsequent interpretation, and providing recommendations to leadership affecting the financial viability of the organization.
Pay: $35.00 - $46.50 per hour

- advance MS Excel-Pivot, formatting: 5 years (Required)
- financial analysis and data reporting: 3 years (Required)
- managed care environment: 3 years (Preferred)
