Pay: Design projects paid at 50% of project rate upon client sign-off | Assistant/ops tasks paid hourly at $16/hr, weekly
Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours/week | Must be available for communication Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm

She Made It Company is a full-service creative agency built from the ground up by a self-taught designer. We handle brand identity, web design, marketing graphics, and business consulting for entrepreneurs, tax professionals, coaches, and beauty brands.
The Role
We're looking for a paid design + ops team member. You'll get real, hands-on experience inside a running creative agency, not a fake internship where you're fetching coffee. This role is ideal for someone who already works from home and/or runs their own freelance business or side hustle, and understands what independent, self-managed work looks like.
What You'll Actually Do
Design:
- Execute a la carte design requests using our brand kits, templates, and Canva systems
- Help keep quality consistent designs
Operations:
- Update the portfolio as projects wrap
- Handle routine client communications
- Adjust contracts using our existing templates
- Send invoices when requested
- Help apply to contract and freelance opportunities on our behalf
- Order print materials and other behind-the-scenes tasks
What We're Looking For
- Real design skill, a portfolio (even a junior one) is required
- Experience with Canva, and bonus points for Dubsado, ClickUp, Shopify, Wix, or GoHighLevel
- Social media experience on creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, or Facebook
- Organized, takes initiative, doesn't wait to be told every step
- Cares about getting it right the first time
- Currently works from home and/or is a full-time entrepreneur/freelancer
- A team player willing to do what's best for the company
