Southern Marsh is a premium lifestyle apparel brand based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We’re looking for dependable college students who want a consistent part-time job with flexible hours that work around class schedules.
Whether you're taking a full course load or looking for extra hours during school breaks, this role offers steady work and the opportunity to pick up additional hours during holidays and summer.
We're Holding Open Interviews:
- Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am -3:00 pm.

Schedule
- Flexible part-time hours built around your class schedule
- More hours available during holiday breaks and summer
- Day shifts only, Monday–Friday
- No nights or weekends
What You'll Do
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Prepare and load shipments (FedEx and other carriers)
- Stock inventory and maintain an organized workspace
- Use our inventory system to track products
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Current college student or recent graduate preferred
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-temperature-controlled warehouse
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation
