American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU/Step-Down) travel position requiring 2+ years of experience and a valid NC or compact RN license.

Day shift position with hours from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
-
Assignment is 13 weeks in duration

Step-down/PCU unit within a hospital setting

Active NC or compact RN license required

Minimum 2 years of recent PCU/step-down RN experience required

Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start

NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required for PCU RNs

US SSN and date of birth required for consideration

One professional reference required (two required if licensed in Florida or Missouri)

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible
