About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on job sites
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to guide work
- Ensure all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
- Enforce job site safety protocols and OSHA compliance at all times
- Communicate progress updates and issues to project managers and stakeholders
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and subcontractor schedules
- Mentor and train crew members to maintain high performance and workmanship
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in construction with at least 1 year in a foreman or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in Miami's climate and physically demanding environments
