We’re seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Manager to help expand our market presence and accelerate revenue growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll build lasting client relationships, uncover new opportunities, and showcase the value of Key HR’s full suite of services.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and pursue new business opportunities in Tampa, FL and beyond.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, clients, and strategic partners.
- Create and execute sales strategies to consistently exceed growth targets.
- Represent Key HR’s comprehensive services: PEO, payroll, benefits, HR solutions, and risk management.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in business development, sales, or account management.
- Experience in PEO, payroll, staffing, selling HR services, benefits, or insurance sales (preferred, not required).
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- A self-starter who thrives independently and delivers results.
