Building Engineer / Maintenance Technician

The Enterprise Companies is a large, family-owned property management firm seeking a motivated Building Engineer / Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position with regular business hours and weekly overtime opportunities.
Responsibilities
- HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Carpentry and general building maintenance
- Service and maintenance of residential and commercial properties
- Responding to maintenance requests and completing work orders
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to legally work in the United States
- Basic hand tools required
- Trade school students and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
- $ 25–$35.00 per hour, will vary based on experience
